Current Strategic Plan
The Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority develops strategic plans to guide transportation priorities, funding strategies, and project implementation across Hidalgo County. These plans outline both current initiatives and past efforts, ensuring transparency and continuity as we work to improve mobility, safety, and economic vitality in the region. By reviewing and updating these plans regularly, the HCRMA ensures that projects address evolving community needs while aligning with long-term regional goals. The plan is updated every two years and outlines the HCRMA’s objectives for the next five years.
