The Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority (HCRMA) is constructing the proposed 365 Tollway, a critical transportation project designed to enhance mobility, improve safety, and support international trade across the region. The project will construct a 12.2 mile controlled-access toll facility providing an alternate east–west route parallel to IH-2, including 13 interchanges, a floodway bridge levee relocations and frontage roads in select locations, aiming to reduce congestion and improving freight movement. Once complete, the SH 365 Tollway will connect key international ports of entry, including the Anzaldúas and Pharr-Reynosa International Bridges, and link with future projects such as the International Bridge Trade Corridor (IBTC) and 365 Tollway Phase III. This strategic investment will strengthen regional infrastructure, facilitate efficient cross-border commerce, and provide long-term economic benefits to Hidalgo County and the surrounding communities.
