HCRMA’s Tolling Program is designed to ease congestion, improve regional connectivity, and provide sustainable funding for future roadway improvements. By using all-electronic tolling, the program offers drivers a faster, safer, and more reliable travel experience.
As part of the Tolling Program, the 365 Tollway delivers a modern, all-electronic roadway built for safety, efficiency, and convenience. Drivers never stop at toll booths—tolls are collected automatically through an Electronic Toll Tag or by Pay By Mail.
Toll Rates and Penalties
Toll rates vary by vehicle type and distance traveled (see rate schedule below). To avoid extra fees, we encourage drivers to pay tolls on time. Unpaid tolls may result in added charges, administrative fees, or other civil penalties under Texas law.
