About Us

Tracking Our Progress, Building Our Future

Since its creation in 2005, the Hidalgo County Regional Mobility Authority has worked to advance transportation projects that improve mobility, safety, and economic opportunity in our region. One of our most significant achievements is the development of the 365 Toll, a critical bridge-to-bridge connection linking communities across Hidalgo County and enhancing international trade routes.

Over the years, the HCRMA has reached important milestones, from securing environmental clearances and funding to breaking ground and completing construction projects construction, that reflect our commitment to building infrastructure that meets the needs of today while preparing for tomorrow.
