Sergio Mandujano
Construction Records Keeper
Mr. Mandujano has served over 23 years of service with the Texas Department of Transportation. His tenure consists of 15 years Construction Record-keeping experience, an additional 6 years with TXDOT Pharr District Accounting Department and 2 years with TXDOT Pharr District Laboratory.
Mr. Mandujano served as lead-worker at the Pharr Area Office Construction Records Department ensuring proper contract administration practices, policies and procedures. He managed the auditing work load of several record-keepers on a daily basis during the management of 100’s of construction projects totaling millions of dollars that required constant communication with the public, inspectors, contractors, engineers, district personnel and the Federal Highway Administration. Mr. Mandujano worked closely with Material Tests Division in Austin for project material usage and testing requirement compliance at the Federal, State and Local Municipality levels.
